The Service Department at Topeka Harley-Davidson® is regarded as one of the best in the Midwest. Along with the depth of knowledge and experience of the service team, Topeka Harley-Davidson® utilizes a Dynojet dynomometer. The Service Department is one of a select few in the Midwest that have earned the status of Dynojet Power Commander Service Center. What this means is that we can help with the servicing and tuning of fuel injection systems when others can't. Customers travel from long distances each day to utilize the knowledge and care of the Topeka Harley-Davidson® team. If you are interested in having your Harley-Davidson® or Buell® bike serviced by Topeka Harley-Davidson®, please call and schedule a time with the service writer. If you are traveling from out of town, we can schedule a time so that you can have your bike serviced while you wait.

 Scheduling Your Bike for Service
 


In an effort to make the servicing of your bike as easy and convenient as possible, we do our best to schedule the majority of work through our service department. This allows us to have the best opportunity to have your bike off the road for as little time as possible. To make an appointment call or click the “Service Appointment” button above and our service team will contact you quickly. 

In the summer months, schedule ahead as far as possible as it can get crazy in the peak times (July 4th, Sturgis, Bikes/Blues&BBQ weekends, etc.) If you have an emergency such as a tire change or quick check needed, or are traveling from out of town, give us a call or stop by and we will do our best to take care of you as quickly as possible. 

 
 Dropping Off Your Bike
 
Just pull into our service drive at the appointed time and let our service writer know what we can do for you.

Dropping off your bike early in the morning?  We have a key drop location within the Eagle's Nest Coffee Shop at Topeka Harley-Davidson from 7:30AM until 10:00AM when we open.  Lock your bike, record your info (including name and a contact #), and leave your keys with Amanda in the Eagle's Nest!  It's that easy!
 
 Picking up Your Bike
 
When you arrive for pickup a service writer will go over the work performed and your parts list with you. If you have any questions, please ask. The service writer will then accept payment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check.
